Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for patients in Labor & Delivery across the prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum continuum.
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the healthcare team in a timely manner.
- Assess, document, and ensure continuity of care according to established clinical standards.
- Support safe, patient-centered care during labor and delivery, including preparation for procedures as directed by the care team.
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation consistent with unit workflows.
Requirements
- Licensure: Current RN licensure.
- Experience: Labor & Delivery (OB/L&D) experience.
