Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients using established protocols and orders
- Assess respiratory status and deliver appropriate treatments and interventions
- Monitor patient response to therapy and document care according to facility policy
- Perform respiratory therapy procedures as indicated by the clinical team
- Collaborate with care teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes
- Maintain equipment readiness and follow infection prevention and safety procedures
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (requirements must be met for practice in North Dakota)
- Valid credentials/registration as a Respiratory Therapist (as applicable)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification (if required)
- Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
