About This Position
We are hiring a Registered Nurse with Long Term Care experience for a facility in De Pere, WI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to provide exceptional patient care and proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
5x8 hour shifts per week
AM shift or PM shift open
6 week contract

Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Engage in infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
Current Nursing license in Wisconsin
BLS required
1 year of long term care experience within the last 2 years
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Pay: Up to $2,103.00 per week
