Current Opportunities
We are seeking compassionate RNs/LPNs for the following opportunities:
Weekend RN/LPN – First Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Part-Time RN/LPN – Third Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
16/24 Status RN/LPN: Work 3 weekends per month with an increased rate of pay
24/36 Status RN/LPN: Work 3 weekends per month, plus a Friday or Monday shift attachment, with an increased rate of pay
Weekend Status Opportunities
Looking for a schedule that works around your busy weekdays? Our 16/24 Status may be the perfect fit!
The 16/24 Status requires working just 3 weekends per month while providing an increased rate of pay—giving you the opportunity to earn more while maintaining flexibility during the week.
Want more days? Ask about our 24/36 Status position. This option allows you to work 3 weekends per month with a Friday or Monday shift attachment, also at an increased rate of pay.
What You'll Do
As an RN, you will:
Provide and coordinate high-quality, resident-centered care
Assess residents and initiate appropriate interventions
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned staff
Participate in care planning and ensure care plans are followed
Administer medications according to facility policies
Maintain accurate and professional documentation
Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team
Promote a respectful, dignified, and compassionate care environment
As an LPN, you will:
Provide compassionate, quality care to our residents
Supervise CNAs and other assigned non-licensed staff
Observe residents and initiate appropriate interventions
Administer medications according to facility policies
Assist with resident care planning and communication
Maintain accurate and professional documentation
Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team
What We're Looking For
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
