About us
We are a team of physicians, physicians assistants, nurses, LPN, medical assistants, costumer service representatives and radiologic technologist dedicated to providing the most efficient and cost-effective care of acute/urgent medical conditions.
Our independent urgent care is currently in need of a Part-Time (24-30 hours) Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our fast-growing team. We are an independent, fast-paced, patient-centered urgent care. A successful candidate will have experience rooming patients, running point of care laboratory testing, is self-motivated and fast-learning.
Responsibilities:
Assist doctors and PAs in a wide range of procedures.
Responsible for documenting patient medical history, obtaining vitals, phlebotomy, and administering medications.
Help to set up medical equipment before procedures.
Organize patient charts and records.
Communicate with patients to provide care and explain treatments.
Job Entails Rotating: 12 hour shifts, Occasional 8, 6, and 4 hour shifts, Weekend requirement (1 weekend a month), Rotating Holidays w/ holiday pay, 7:45-8pm weekdays, 7:45-4pm weekends, 7:45-2pm Holidays
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
