Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time AM

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the AM shift.

Position
Part-Time
AM Shift
LPN: $25.00/hr
RN: $34.00/hr
Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Nursing home experience preferred, but we’re happy to talk with qualified candidates
What You’ll Do
As an LPN/RN, you’ll provide compassionate nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the rest of the care team.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents' needs
Administering medications and treatments
Completing accurate and timely documentation
Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
Working collaboratively with CNAs and other nursing staff
Building positive relationships with residents and families
Helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the people who call AHR home
What We’re Looking For
Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license in good standing
Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect
