RN or LPN - Nurse

We have several opportunities available for either an RN or LPN to assist in providing care in our beautiful home-like setting. For nurses seeking to get to know their patients while still being challenged professionally, this position is ideal. You will be able to develop relationships with residents while using your skills to deal with complex medical needs.

Your Role

A Staff Nurse, RN or LPN, will administer medications and carry out resident treatments, assess resident conditions and update the doctor on changes, and help coach Nursing Assistants to assure high quality care. As a team member, you will assist household staff as needed to ensure all resident needs are met, and encourage teamwork by all.

We also have a Charge Nurse position available for an RN. This position would be every other weekend, but can be combined with the Staff Nurse role for full-time hours.

Schedule

We have flexibility to accommodate your interest in full- or part- time employment on the day shift (6:00 am – 2:15 pm) or PM shift (2:00 pm – 10:15 pm). Schedules include every other weekend.

Requirements

Valid WI Nursing license (either RN or LPN will be considered). Geriatric experience is a plus. Starting wage rate is negotiable depending on experience.
