About This Position
Role Overview :
Hurix Digital is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Agentic AI discipline to support the modules review for higher education content. The SME will ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the source. The SME will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and architecting all modules, ensuring technical accuracy, hands-on practicality, and industry alignment.
The SME must design Framework for 4 Standalone Modules.
Each module must:
Be independently marketable
Deliver measurable skill acquisition
Include hands-on agent-building exercises
End with a practical implementation outcome
Topics Suggested:
Foundational - What is Agentic AI? (What can I and can't I do with it? How is different from AI in general. How do you determine if your agent is going to do what you built it to do?)
Using AI agent for professional development (resumes, job searches, etc.)
Using AI agents for research (big data sets, parsing information, etc.)
Using AI agents for financial endeavors (quarterly reports, stock markets, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Design & Strategy
Ideate complete learning journey across 4 modules
Define clear skill progression
Ensure each module stands independently
Design practical capstone exercises per module
Create measurable learning outcomes
2. Technical Content Leadership:
Validate architecture patterns for agentic systems
Define lab exercises and coding expectations
Ensure hands-on build-first approach
Recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks aligned with current industry standards.
3. Content Review & Enhancement:
Review instructional material for technical accuracy
Provide real-world agent implementation case studies
Suggest improvements to labs and assessments
Ensure scalable architecture practices are taught
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in:
Artificial Intelligence
Computer Science
Machine Learning
Data Science
Or related technical domain
Professional Experience:
8–10 years in AI/ML engineering or AI product development
Direct experience building autonomous AI agents that are currently being used by a group of people.
Hands-on experience with:
- LLM orchestration
- Tool-based AI agents
- Memory integration
- Multi-agent systems
- AI evaluation frameworks
Experience working with agent frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- AutoGPT
Preferred Skills:
Experience designing technical certification programs
Ability to translate complex architectures into structured learning modules
Familiarity with AI governance and safety standards
Strong collaboration skills with instructional designers and engineering teams
