Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation services and patient-centered clinical support within the assigned care setting.
- Complete evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, progress documentation, and discharge documentation as appropriate.
- Support safe mobility, functional activity, patient education, and coordination of care.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
- Manage daily treatment responsibilities effectively while maintaining accurate, timely documentation.
Requirements
- Washington license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Epic charting experience is preferred.
- Work settings: Acute Care; Long Term Acute Care (LTAC); Outpatient Clinic; Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Assessment: Adaptive Devices; AROM/AAROM/PROM; Arousal and Attention; Assistive Devices; Body Mechanics; Identifying Environmental Barriers; Pain assessment; Sensory response; Skin integrity; Strength testing; Vital Sign monitoring.
- Orthopedics: Ankle sprains; Biofeedback; Cervicalgia; Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD); Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD); Elbow injuries/tendinopathy; Extremity Mobilization; Frozen shoulder; Functional capacity examination (FCE); Gait training; Hand injuries/tendinopathy; Hip fractures/injuries; Knee injuries/tendinopathy; LE Amputations; Low back pain; Lumbar Traction; McKenzie; Myofascial Release; Osteoarthritis; Post op cervical surgery; Post op shoulder repair; Post op spinal surgery; Prosthetic training; Rheumatoid Arthritis; Sciatica; Spinal Conditions; Spinal mobilization; Taping; Temporomandibular Joint Disease (TMJ); Total hip replacement; Total knee replacement.
