Shift / Schedule

Requirements & Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- Proven experience working in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress environments effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care delivered to emergency patients
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform clinical procedures with adherence to safety protocols
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during emergent situations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening emergencies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)
- Valid RN license in Nebraska
- Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience in an Emergency Room or similar critical care unit
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a rapid-response environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $55.00 - $65.00
