Requirements and Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
  • Support residents and their families by providing education and emotional support
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Active RN license in Wisconsin
  • Previous experience in long-term care is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs

Hourly Rate: $57.00 - $68.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
