Requirements and Skills
- Current and valid RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in accordance with professional standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to established protocols
- Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting significant changes promptly
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Support residents and their families by providing education and emotional support
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education as needed
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Previous experience in long-term care is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $57.00 - $68.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
