We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Marshfield, WI. Shift & Schedule
- Position: ICU RN - 2E SICU

Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in acute care nursing, preferably in an ICU or SICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality care under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records and documentation
- BLS and ACLS certification required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the SICU
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and adjust treatments accordingly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Prior ICU experience highly preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $63.00 - $74.00
