We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our critical care team. Requirements & Skills
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience working in an ICU or Surgical ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in monitoring and managing critically ill patients using advanced medical equipment
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the SICU environment
- Monitor patient conditions continuously, interpreting vital signs and clinical data to respond appropriately
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and treatments
- Demonstrate leadership in crisis situations and provide support to the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Proven experience within an ICU or critical care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Hourly Rate: $63.00 - $74.00
