Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to surgical telemetry patients.
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.
