Responsibilities
Provide organized, patient-focused medical assistant support in an outpatient electrophysiology setting. Help maintain efficient clinic flow, support patient communication, and contribute to accurate day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Certifications: BLS, CMA, and RMA
- Adult Outpatient Clinic work setting experience
- Cardiology clinic specialty experience
- Authorization Forms
- Chart Preparation
- Insurance Verification
- Pharmacy calls and patient refill requests
- Scheduling appointments
- Stocking Supplies
- Telephone Triage
- Follow-up phone calls
- Rooming Patients
- Height/Weight measurements
- Obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG

- Charting system: Any system accepted; charting experience required

Experience
